Cassidy Mae Tucker is the sixteen-year-old daughter of Keirschen and Jesse Tucker, younger sister to Jaydah and older sister to Jameson. She is the granddaughter of Kay and Steve Maize and Pam and Jack Tucker. Cassidy is a sophomore at The Oakridge School. Her escort is Legacy High School junior, Cayden Sargent.

Cassidy has been a proud Oakridge Owl since the first grade and follows her passion for cheerleading, which began as an ACAO cheerleader in elementary school. She is now a captain of both the varsity and competition cheer squads at Oakridge and has returned to ACAO this year as a volunteer coach. Cassidy is also involved in the yearbook, honors a cappella choir and made it into the TPSMEA region choir. She is a member of the National Honor Society with a 4.2 GPA. Cassidy looks forward to returning to Camp Thurman this summer as “Dulce,” making memories with the youth and spreading the gospel. Each summer, she spends a week overnight at Camp Longhorn, which has greatly impacted her life. After completing her final year as a camper last summer, she became a counselor in training and hopes to return as a counselor in the future, spending more time at her second home.

This past summer, Cassidy was selected to attend Cheer Hawaii USA in Honolulu, where she met people from across the country, and learned new cheer skills, while also experiencing Hawaiian culture and key attractions. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, baking, traveling, weekly walks with her neighbor, and nightly ping pong tournaments with her family.

After graduation, Cassidy plans to attend Texas Christian University or the University of Alabama to major in pre-med with a minor in Spanish. She hopes to work in the mental health field, following in her parents’ footsteps and eventually take over the family business. In addition to her studies, she wants to continue her passion of cheerleading as a college cheerleader.
