About Mike Snyder
Mike has spent nearly half a century in north Texas, telling the stories of our lives.
Mike reported from around the world and anchored the evening news on NBC-5 for 30 years. He has been inducted into the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences for lifetime achievement. Community service is a hallmark of Mike’s career, dedicating decades of philanthropy to organizations like the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Salvation Army, Colleyville Lion’s Club, the Airpower Foundation and the Boys & Girls Clubs.
He is the proud father of two former Cinderella candidates, Madi Snyder Burress 2017 and Gracie Snyder 2019. Mike and his wife Lyn, live in Fort Worth and will celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary this summer.
