Kaitlyn Grace Bush is the seventeen-year-old daughter of Heather and Cody Bush. She is the granddaughter of Pam and Tony Dixon, Sherry Bush, and the late Brad Bush. Kaitlyn would like to thank her family for always cheering her on in everything she does.

Kaitlyn is a junior at Martin High School, where she is involved in Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Choir, and Varsity Show Choir. She is a member of the Volleyball Leadership Council, which pushes her to lead on and off the court. Kaitlyn has been playing volleyball since 4th grade and has had the opportunity to have her former YMCA coach as her Varsity coach at Martin. Kaitlyn was awarded the Play with Purpose award, an honor chosen by her teammates, and earned Academic All-District. Music has always been a big part of Kaitlyn’s life, and show choir runs in the family. Both of her parents were members of the Lamar Show Choir, inspiring her to carry on the tradition at Martin.

She has been a proud member of First Baptist Church Arlington her entire life. There, she serves on the Dwell Lead Team, is a Family Group Leader and a part of the Disciple Project and is active in the youth group. Her faith is very important to her and guides her in everyday life. Kaitlyn serves her community as a member of Youth Leadership Arlington and is also on the teen board for the There{4} organization. Kaitlyn loves opportunities that allow her to serve others and be part of something bigger than herself.

In her free time, she loves baking, playing pickleball, and spending time with the people she loves. After graduation, Kaitlyn plans to attend college to pursue a degree in interior design in hopes of becoming an interior designer and creating spaces that are welcoming, comfortable, and feel like home.
